Your data is stored on a PostgreSQL database hosted on Hetzner servers located in the European Union. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to the database is restricted to the application only.

These measures include network monitoring, access controls, and encrypted communications. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot fully warrant against unauthorized access by third parties.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records for accounting purposes).
Technical logs (IP addresses, access timestamps) are retained for a maximum of 90 days for security and debugging purposes, then deleted.
MacroLens is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. You should not create an account or use the service if you are under 18 years old.
